Grading Policy: Elementary P.E. 1st-3rd Grade Students are graded on the following Marking System and Rubric. If a student displays the following behaviors they are marked down. For every 6 marks a student have on the grading sheet, they drop 1 letter grade.
Marking System: abbreviations used when marking students in grade book: FD - not following directions L - not listening T - talking P - not participating in the activity E - lack of effort A - negative attitude N - Note from parent/Dr. SH - Shoes (not prepared for class)
Rubric for Grades 4 Excellent (0-5 marks) - 100% effort - Participates all of the time - Excellent attitude and cooperation - Follows instructions the first time asked 3 Consistently Demonstrates (6-11 marks) - Average effort, gives everything a try - Participates most of the time - Good attitude and cooperation - Reminders on instructions 2 In Progress (12-17 marks) - Moderate to limited effort - Participates most of the time - Attitude or Cooperation need to be worked on - Behavior: needs to be reminded of rules 1 Limited Progress (18-23 marks) - Very limited effort - Limited participation - Attitude or Cooperation needs to be worked on - Behavior: several reminders of the rules
*Reflection Form - Given when a student is continually choosing inappropriate behaviors. The student completes the "reflection" form. The student signs it; I make a copy for myself, and send the master home for a parent signature.
Elementary P.E. Grading Policy 4th - 6th Students are graded on the following Marking System and Rubric. If a student displays the following behaviors they are marked down. For every 6 marks a student has on the grading sheet, they drop 1 letter grade. Additionally, if students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade do not "pass" (minimum of a C-) on any of the following tests (one subject per trimester) bones, heart, and muscles, their grade will drop by 1 letter grade.

Política de Calificaciones: Primaria P.E. 1ro-3ro Grado Los estudiantes son calificados en el siguiente Sistema de Marcado y Rúbrica. Si un estudiante muestra los siguientes comportamientos, están marcados. Por cada 6 puntos que un estudiante tiene en la hoja de calificaciones, bajan una nota de una letra.
Sistema de Marcado: abreviaturas utilizadas al marcar a los alumnos en el libro de calificaciones: FD - no está siguiendo reglas L - no está escuchando T - hablando P - no participa en la actividad E - falta de esfuerzo A - actitud negativa N - Nota de padre/Doctor SH - Zapatos (no viene preparado)
Rubrica de grados 4 Excelente (0-5 puntos) - 100% esfuerzo - Participa todo el tiempo - Excelente actitud y cooperación - Sigue las instrucciones la primer vez 3 Demuestra consistentemente (6-11 puntos) - Esfuerzo medio, lo prueba todo - Participa la mayor parte del tiempo - Buena actitud y cooperación - Recordatorios de instrucciones 2 En progreso (12-17 puntos) - Esfuerzo moderado a limitado - Participa la mayor parte del tiempo - Debe trabajar en la actitud y cooperación - Comportamiento: necesito ser recordado de las reglas 1 Progreso limitado (18-23 puntos) - Esfuerzo muy limitado - Participación limitado - Necesita trabajar en su actitud y cooperación - Comportamiento: varios recordatorios de las reglas
*Forma de reflexión - Dado cuando un estudiante está continuamente eligiendo comportamientos inapropiados. El estudiante completa el formulario de “reflexión”. El alumno lo firma; Hago una copia para mi, y envió la copia a casa para la firma de padre.
Primaria P.E. Política de Calificaciones del 4to al 6to grado Los estudiantes son calificados en el siguiente Sistema de Marcado y Rúbrica. Si un estudiante muestra los siguientes comportamientos, están marcados. Por cada 6 puntos que un estudiante tiene en la hoja de calificaciones, bajan una nota de una letra. Además, si los estudiantes de cuarto, quinto y sexto grado no "aprueban" (mínimo de una C-) en cualquiera de las siguientes pruebas (una materia por trimestre) huesos, corazón y músculos, su calificación bajará por 1 letra grado.
